Experience in imaging hardware, patch management, application upgrade, computer security and system monitoring and logging.
Experience providing Tier II level operations support on computer systems to include desktop and server applications and hardware. Understanding of the architecture, deployment, and operations of mobile communications systems. Ability to quickly learn
about evolving and unfamiliar technologies. Must be detailed oriented with the proven ability to plan and prioritize tasking. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal

Qualifications We Prefer: Skilled in Microsoft Windows configuration and administration including Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO's).
Experience with enterprise management and enforcement of security policies and protection software, such as McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).
Experience with LINUX operating systems including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience in the design and implementation of virtual systems; provisioning and management of clusters, datastores and virtual machines. Scripting
experience in Ruby, Python, and/or PowerShell or related languages. Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable Nessus, Rapid7, and Open Vulnerability Assessment System (OpenVAS).
Experience in the installation and operations and maintenance of optical networking systems. One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CCNA, MCSA, RHCA, Security , VCP DV, ITIL.
