You will report directly to the Javelin Weapon System Execution Director, supporting multiple LWCLU production contracts. The LWCLU is currently completing its first low rate initial production/transition to production builds and will immediately be transitioning to full rate production to support the high level of demand for this product. You will be expected to work closely with and influence IPTs, functional partners, and our Army customer to ensure alignment and consistency through execution of the various production contracts. You will work through and lead various stages of program execution including proposal development, contract startup, program execution and contract closeout. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also have extensive interaction with both the U.S. government customer, as well as our Joint Venture partner Lockheed Martin on various topics to include technical interchange meetings, production status and business growth.
