What You’ll Get to Do: Act as technical leader within a dedicated Supplier Management Team (SMT). Provides leadership for the SMT and sets objectives for other members of the SMT, including GSC, Business Management, Quality/MA to oversee the cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance of the supplier (subcontractor or GFX supplier). Manages risk and opportunity related to supplied parts and their integration into the segment or system. Develops statements of work and specifications, evaluates supplier capabilities with respect to segment and system
requirements, performs regular technical reviews and participates in negotiations when required This position will serve on site in the greater Baltimore, MD area. This position is contingent upon acquiring and maintaining the necessary US Government security

experience in Hardware or Digital Engineering
- Use of Engineering management tools, such as DOORS or Cameo •
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML/MBSE)
experience working in a Supplier Management Team (SMT) •
Experience drafting statements of work and developing and managing schedules
- Familiarity with project & task management tools: Jira, Confluence Primary Level
salary:Range: $137,400.00 $206,000.00 The above
