experience Prior U.S. Navy
experience as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) or Submarine Warfare Officer (Submariner) with
experience with fleet operations, mission execution, and warfighting doctrine Minimum of 3 years of business development, capture management or program management within a program office managing effectors or 3 years'
experience in
requirements generation, and resource sponsorship managing effectors
Experience working in classified environments to include Special Access Required (SAR)
Experience leading cross functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer Advanced degree (MBA or STEM based preferred)
Experience working with DoD Science and Technology agencies Government or Industry Program Management Certification Previous business development
