What YOU Will Do: You will be responsible for developing and decomposing systems level
requirements and associate these
requirements with models you created using a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tool, SysML via Cameo. Serve as a systems engineering focal to capture, analyze, decompose, model, translate and create
requirements for large complex systems. You will develop documentation around functional, interface and performance
requirements, for hardware and software implementations, including identifying architecturally significant
requirements and technical risk areas. You will lead and/or support technical proposals and serve as a subject matter expert during non advocate, internal and customer reviews. You will interface with both external and internal customers, using both oral and written
skills, to build great working relationships with stakeholders and internal team members. You will implement new design approaches, tools, and techniques based on customer needs You will be responsible for developing and tracking performance metrics and defect trends You will develop and execute systems level test plans/cases to be performed during systems level integration and testing Requires on site presence in a classified lab space What YOU Will Learn: You will learn the Collins Aerospace solutions developed for military platforms. You will learn to apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to cutting edge solutions for emerging technologies. You will learn SEER parametric estimation tools for proposals/bids.

Qualifications We Prefer:Experience with RF Systems and/or Mission Systems solutions.
Experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) design tools (Enterprise Architect, Cameo, or equivalent) using SysML.
Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment. Participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
