The Systems Engineering & Test: Capabilities Directorate includes all the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & tests on all Raytheon products. Raytheon is seeking a Principal Support Engineer to manage and implement engineering lab strategic projects and day to day administrative functions within multiple engineering labs, with specific focus on safety, security, and compliance using established doctrine and governance. You will be creative and innovative, possessing strong organizational, coordination, planning, analytical, and problem solving skills. In the position, you must be able to collaborate with customers, employees, and senior leaders when implementing processes and procedural changes. This position is an onsite role in Portsmouth, RI.

What You Will Do Lab Operating Procedure (LOP) Management; provide direction for lab users on established policies Management, coordination and implementation of Environment Health Safety and Sustainment Property & Metrology Management Perform cost analysis, ensure task completion within approved budgets Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oversee audit/assessment preparation.
