Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems Working
experience guiding teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action. Working
experience translating external and internal
requirements and command media Working
experience in providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security
clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer: Six Sigma, American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification.
Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including the following tools: FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and Process Capability Assessments.
Experience Reviewing Statement of Work (SOW), Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
Experience presenting, reviewing and/or approving changes through a formal Change Control Board (CCB).
Experience interfacing directly with customers and creating relationships with program management, cross functional program leadership, suppliers, customers and government representatives.
Experience facilitating cross functional teams in systematic improvement activities (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Experience in First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102.
Experience managing the execution of FAIs (or similar
requirements) across several suppliers or factories.
Experience translating system and contractual
requirements to ensure full compliance is flowed down through product, assembly, and test documentation. Active Secret
