Experience with production cost modeling, life cycle cost estimating, or affordability analysis.
Experience applying statistical methods to perform predictive modeling.
Experience with estimating supplier positions for hardware costs.
Experience supporting proposal development. Minimum of 10 years of
experience in engineering, operations research, data analytics, or related technical discipline.
Experience communicating complex affordability and cost analysis results to various audiences including engineering, program management, and external customers.
Experience with developing, documenting and maintaining processes, methods and tools.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Qualifications We Prefer:Experience with modeling, life cycle cost estimating, and affordability analysis. Hands on
experience with discrete event simulation tools (e.g., ExtendSim) and cost estimating tools (e.g., ACEIT) and parametric estimating tools (e.g., TruePlanning, SEER). Background in data analytics with
experience using tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or Tableau to analyze and visualize large data sets. Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for cost prediction, trend analysis, or optimization is a strong plus. Active DoD Secret
Clearance or greater. Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related discipline. Knowledge of radar, sensors, or defense system development (a plus but not required).
