The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Effectors team within the Hardware Discipline Directorate is a multi discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test solutions for all Raytheon products. The Test Equipment Engineering Directorate AUR (All Up Round) Department seeks a M5 Senior Manager, Electrical Engineer who can lead a section of Electrical Engineer professionals responsible for all elements of Electrical Engineering Design through all lifecycles to include but not limited to development, transition to production, design verification, qualification, and Manufacturing Acceptance of final product going to the customer.- The selected candidate will support and drive the development of electrical designs, Interconnect designs, electrical system analysis and integrated development environment specified by the factory solutions and the TEE organization. You will establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and directorate.- You will conduct formal and informal performance reviews and career development discussions with team members.- What You Will Do: Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 18 section members. The Section Lead role is anticipated to be approximately 15% of the work week, with the remainder of the work week charged to program contracts, within the TEE organization. Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon Values and Behaviors. Ability to support both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis Collaborate with multi discipline teams in the operation, testing and troubleshooting of systems. Provide independent health checks by evaluating program's metrics. Involvement in center initiatives. Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.
