Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering engineeringexperience or equivalent
experience.
Experience in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience in group facilitation/IPT stakeholder.
Experience with ServiceNow with emphasis on HelpNow.
