This onsite role will be based in Marlborough, MA or Tewksbury, MA. What You Will Do: You will be responsible for developing sound technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems related to the entire product life cycle. Program support and development from early development through transition to production. Lead the mechanical development of radar systems and components that achieve the performance

Qualifications We Prefer: Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering Effective communication with all levels of a program and customer.

Experience with ANSI drawing standards and/or first order or structural analysis techniques.

Experience with CREO(Pro/E) or similar 3D solid modeling software. Familiarity with the design and manufacturing processes of CCAs, metal housings, sheet metal, or assembly operations. Strong technical background with high technical aptitude. Strong leadership
