Duties & Responsibilities: Will schedule contractors and give provide SOW. Will take ownership of equipment writing PM plans, responsible for critical spare parts Annual E FMEA on assigned equipment. Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skill being that this position is cross functional and engages other team members. Responsible for communication for machine downtime. Support operations IPT. This position may be filled as either a Level 2 or Level 3 depending on qualification below Basic

Qualifications:

Experience supporting high rate manufacturing facilities from a maintenance function.

Experience with industrial automation equipment (Robots, conveyors, machining centers, etc.) Troubleshooting electrical controls and 24 volt systems. Knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, Fanuc. Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and make the revisions as required.

Experience managing spare parts and FMEA’s Excellent verbal and written communication

skills. Strong organizational

skills in managing time, projects, and resources. Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project). Primary Level

salary:Range: $70,200.00 $105,400.00 Secondary Level
