• Recent

experience supporting a Defense program as a Software Product Owner, Software Project Manager, or Software Quality Manager.

• Familiar with the mission of a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) organization. •

Experience leading the SQA effort for multiple programs. •

Experience developing processes, plans, and procedures. •

Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs). •

Experience with proposal development for SQA. •

Experience with Software Supplier oversight and auditing. •

Experience preparing program status charts and presentations. •

Experience developing software metrics. •

Experience with management of Budget/Schedule (EVMS).

• Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the processes, plans, standards, industry practices and tools required of a mission critical program. •

Experience working within an Agile environment (fast paced/incremental development/delivery) with focus on first time quality. •

Experience with Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Gitlab, and static analysis tools.
