The manager is responsible for leading Guidance System and Power & Distribution System test bed design; development of laboratory real time, software in the loop, and hardware in the loop simulations and test equipment; and establishing verification and validation strategy approach. The manager is also responsible for leading system integration and performance test planning and execution in the Guidance and AVE Laboratories and in Enhanced Ground Test (EGT). This role requires the lead to perform both functional and program management
