As a Software Engineering Manager Manager Level 2 located in Dulles, VA , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. This Software Engineering Manager role will be approximately 75% program & technical work and approximately 25% functional management work managing a segment of a program or a function. This role is responsible for the direct supervision & management of embedded software staff, and for providing objective oriented directions to subordinates utilizing management guidelines & general policies. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
