Qualifications:You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work ssional workexperience with any of the following: Production engineering
experience relating to design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware
Experience leading a team of multidisciplined engineers through an investigation process to solve complex problems
Experience with supporting or developing manufacturing techniques, processes and efficiency project implementations
Experience with Systematic problem solving and RCCA
Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing
Experience with 3D CAD tools (modeling and drawing) or Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) per ANSI Y14.5 Active DoD issued security

Qualifications We Prefer MS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Equivalent. Production process knowledge, manufacturing techniques, system integration, production testing. Demonstrated effective organization, emotional intelligence, personal task and time management
skills, written and verbal communication and interpersonal
skills. Self starter who can work independently. Systems thinking, strong problem solving in alignment with the Office of the Chief Engineer.
Experience with subsystems integration and test, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods, production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentations, and implementing Engineering Change processes. Leadership of technical teams, including technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support. Practical
