Position Overview: The Staff Systems Engineer is expected to fully understand systems engineering processes and products, especially on the left side of the Systems Engineering V model, and more importantly able to mentor and teach junior engineers. The Staff Systems Engineer is expected to work independently after receiving high level assignments from the SEIT PM or Lead Systems Engineer, which may include leading multi disciplinary teams in completing complex tasking.

requirements. Lead and collaborate with systems engineers, other disciplines, suppliers, management and the customer to ensure timely development and delivery of the Sentinel deliverables Lead ad hoc teams in the execution of tasking directed by the SEIT PM and per the Integrated Master Schedule.
