Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Associate Test Conductor /Test Conductor Global Hawk Lab Test Director to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation Organization. This role is located in San Diego, CA, supporting second shift (~2:30 11PM). In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as and is responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of new lab capabilities, in addition to the planning, operations and maintenance of the Global Hawk Lab. The position requires technical knowledge of various systems, design, development, implementation, and testing with a strong foundation in laboratory integration and test. The selected candidate must act with speed, guide others in producing quality work, be self motivated, and have the ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions.
