Assist in budgeting and financial execution functions, including assisting with program budget analysis, forecasting, and active execution tracking, drafting funding documents, and creating briefings and reports to keep the clients fully apprised of program financials and deliverable progress. Use the client's financial management system to support procurement activities. Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives in the creation and coordination of acquisition funding documents, including preparing, coordinating, and evaluating federal funding solicitations. experience with Cooperative Agreements or Transaction Agreements

Experience in assisting with analysis and support for federal R&D projects

Experience with programs, including supporting budget and schedule creation, and tracking of financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures

Experience supporting schedule, budget, and program risks in a fast paced environment
