Clearance: Secret Collins Aerospace is seeking a talented and driven Principal Specialist Material Program Manager (MPM) to join our Mission Systems team in either Largo, FL or Marlborough, MA. In this critical role, you will lead the supplier management process
responsibilities will include managing supplier performance, resolving supply chain issues, and ensuring full compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset
requirements, public law, quality standards, and warranty obligations. You will also evaluate and refine the Make Buy/Make Where (MB/MW) strategy to improve operational efficiency while developing comprehensive material program strategies and overseeing the financial management of material
requirements. Success in this role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in procurement, contracts, production control, and logistics, and the ability to drive cross functional teams toward operational and strategic goals. What You Will Do Responsible for customer communications and building a robust customer relationship Supplier Claims/Request for Economical Adjustments (REA's) and mediation management Conduct pre award Supplier Assessment (RESA) Establish Logistics strategy and capacity plan Reporting, tracking, and managing of an integrated product team and/or program responsible for the delivery of procured material from suppliers, through external testing, and shipment to contractual destination Provide EAC content for Critical Program Review, including pre proposal lead time validation and preliminary pricing for direct/indirect material Conduct material contract closure activity alongside Contracts and Program Office Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM) or support the assigned CAM Establish Risk and Opportunities and Mitigation plans Domestic
