Experience with Fixed Price contracts where contract baseline control and change management is required
Experience developing and managing the following: Basis of Estimate (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data
Requirements List (CDRL), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Firm Proposals
