Our Rolling Meadows Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) organization provides complex avionics systems in Targeting, EOIR, and RF technology areas. The Targeting organization is offering an excellent opportunity for a Principal Systems Engineer or a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer in the discipline of algorithm development and performance modeling to join our team of highly skilled and diverse professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and testing algorithm solutions, as well as developing and validating complex models and simulations. A primary task for an engineer doing modeling and simulation is software development of in house system models and algorithms, as well as execution of these models to characterize and analyze system performance. Strong domain knowledge combined with software development skills, critical thinking, and collaboration are required to produce the complex algorithms and models that drive and predict our system performance, respectively.
