High level of self initiative and self motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems. Qualifications Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. Five (

experience. Familiarity with fast signal processing algorithms. Understanding of optimization theory.

Experience:with lower layers of common wireless systems. Experience with software development lifecycle and use of associated tools. Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration, such as Git and Jenkins.
