experience in project planning and scheduling programs with EIA 748 Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

requirements

Experience with government or defense contracts requiring EVMS reporting

Experience performing detailed schedule analysis, variance reporting, and critical path analysis

Experience with Agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA Active TS/SCI
