about AST, please click the following link Applied Signal Technology: WHO WE ARE What You Will Do: You will support multiple programs and will work with other experienced members in R&D on system development and deployments for the protection of our country You will generate briefings and present material to team members, customers, and AST management as necessary.

Experience working with customers, end users, hardware design teams, and software design teams
Experience with reverse engineering of embedded systems
Experience with signal processing in developing proof of concept (PoC) use case scenarios and prototypes
Experience developing system level designs, high level control and data interfaces Strong written and verbal communication
skills and the ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment. Active and transferable Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) U.S. government issued security
clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a

Qualifications We Prefer: Master of Science (MS) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
Experience with RF, optical, and/or electrical telecommunications standards and processing techniques
Experience with Design, Development, Integration and Test of Open Systems Architectures
Experience in developing proof of concept (PoC) use case scenarios in support of creation of novel waveforms
Experience formalizing, developing and documenting
