Minimum of 8 years of experience in policy analysis, defense acquisition policy, space or satellite communications program management, strategic communications, or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, National Security, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience analyzing DoD, USSF, or federal acquisition regulations, directives, and policy frameworks and translating them into actionable guidance for program teams.
Strong written communication skills, including experience developing executive-level policy papers, briefings, and decision memoranda for Flag/GO, SES, or equivalent senior audiences.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent policy taskings, coordinate inputs across diverse stakeholders, and deliver products under deadline pressure.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior government stakeholders.
Deadline-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to support on-site client meetings within the National Capital Region.
