Let us help you in building your career while you provide mission critical support to the warfighter.Responsibilities:TheSeniorHUMINTOperations Support Techniciandevelopsand implementsmulti-platformtraffic analysis programHUMINTwithin the areasof operational support.Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:Provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.Prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information.Develop andmaintainanalytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.Blends single-source intelligence reports with all-source data to provide a comprehensive picture.Function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/orgovernmentanalysts in support ofthecustomer's analytical requirements.Research, develop, present, and publish HUMINT products at the tactical and operational level as part of an overall analytical team.Provide input to multiple government requirements andobjectives.Assistswith the analysis and production of various intelligence products.Supplyanalytical support for senior military leaders.Travelrequiredwithin the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements**** Please Note this is for a proposal effort ****
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications:Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.Bachelor’sDegreewith aMinimum of 8 years of applicable work experience, includingHUMINT experience.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.Experiencewith intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.Ability towork collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Capacity to adapt to changing situationstoprioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication(both written and verbalin English), analytical,and problem-solving skills.Ability to clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts.Ability to develop ideas in a logicalsequenceleadingto validated conclusions.Working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Ideal candidate willpossessan active TS/SCI with polygraph.Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, LawEnforcementor other related topics is highly desired.Master’s degree in a relevant field.Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.SecurityClearance:This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain aPoly,US Citizenshipis requiredtohold this clearance.
