Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology and 10 years of experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Proven background in federal government contracting and project management.
- 10 Years in Program and Project Management.
- 10 Years experience with technology.
- Ability to get a Federal Clearance.
- Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out.
- Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
- Experience defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Experience generating executive-level reports and dashboards on program health, milestones, and financial performance.
- Experience using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations.
- Proven experience growing and selling, while delivering.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Proven team player and team builder.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQ), and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
- Experience with managing budgets, task orders, and subcontractor relationships.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
Preferred
- Masters Degree, preferably in Information Technology and 8 years of experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- PMP certification.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Federal Clearance.
- Experience with Human-Centered Design.
- Local to the Washington, DC metro area.
