Proven background in federal government contracting and project management.

Ability to get a Federal Clearance.

Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
Experience defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
Experience generating executive-level reports and dashboards on program health, milestones, and financial performance.
Experience using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations.
Proven experience growing and selling, while delivering.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQ), and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS).

Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
