Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is desirable. Four (4) years of SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Ability to accommodate shiftwork as needed, including weekend support, is required.
Ability to manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Ability to provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Familiarity with Linux.
DoD 8570 compliance with minimum of IAT Level 2 is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
