Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, is seeking to hire a Software Engineer I to join our Avionics Connected Aviation Solutions team. We are searching for a motivated and talented individual who is eager to grow their skills developing and supporting our Air Traffic Control Systems worldwide. We design and implement safety-of-life air traffic management systems for multinational customers that are used for controlling and monitoring civil and military aviation traffic. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge COTS tools, processes, and methodologies while growing your skills to support, design, develop, integrate, and test operational software components throughout the software development lifecycle.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
