Responsibilities Peraton sseks aCoordination Specialistto conduct Travel/Outreach/Strategic Engagement for the contract team supporting PACOM J6 MRTC Assessments.Location:Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MDPrimary responsibilities:Manage the travel team's deployment calendar -- ensure team's travel authorization requests are completed IAW the Task Order,Manage travel site access requests and schedule data callsFacilitate advance coordination with site SSOs for SCIF access (minimum 2-4 weeks lead time)Maintain the calendar for site visits and track action items from site visitsMaintain a GPOC/stakeholder contact list Qualifications Required Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS 12 years.Prior J6 or communications staff experience at CCMD or Service component levelStrong interpersonal and cross-organizational coordination skillsFamiliarity with USINDOPACOM AOR, component command structures, and OCONUS site access proceduresExperience managing complex multi-site coordination across the Indo-Pacific theaterU.S Citizenship requiredActive TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
