Let us help you in building your career while you provide mission critical support to the warfighter.Responsibilities:TheComputer Scientist - Midutilizesexpertisein designing, developing, andmaintainingdata systems and software to create andmaintainthese systems, developnew technologiesand algorithms, and solve complex computing and data system problems.Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:Employ mathematics, statics, information science, artificial intelligence, machine learning,network science, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, data warehousing, datacompression, data protection, and/or other scientific techniques.Correlate complex, technicalfindings into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products.Assesstrendsfor existing data toidentifyandleverageother data sources.Develop andutilizemachine learning anddata mining algorithms, including, but not limited to, Multiple Information Model SynthesisArchitecture (MIMOSA) prediction algorithms based on open-source capabilities.Integrate or code algorithms to support Government intelligence search and discovery missions.Make best practice recommendations on managing data within hardware, software, storage, and bandwidth constraints.Employ data science techniques to support predictive analysis, socialmediaand crowd-source data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development.Travelrequiredwithin the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.**** Please Note this is for a proposal effort ****
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications:Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.Bachelor’sDegreein a relevant field,such as Computer Science,with aMinimum of5years of applicable work experience.Experienced in algorithm development, data structures, and software development practices.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.Experienced inadvanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.Experiencedwith intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders.Capacity to adapt to changing situationstoprioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Ideal candidate willpossessan active TS/SCI with polygraph.Master’s degree in a relevant field.Relevant Training and Certifications.Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.SecurityClearance:This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain aPoly,US Citizenshipis requiredtohold this clearance.
