Let us help you in building yourcareer while you provide missioncritical support to the warfighter.Responsibilities:ThisPrincipalHUMINT TargetingTeam Leaddevelopsmulti-intelligence products supporting HUMINTcollection operationsat the expert leveland serves as the technical team lead.Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:Provides analysis of all-source data in a multi-intelligence area to produce executive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level.Serve as subject matter expert in the intelligence analysis field supportingagovernmentcustomer.Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to thecustomer at all levels.Often leads in the research of all-source data andassistsother intelligence analysts in the operation and use of intelligence tools.Provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology,country, geographicarea, biographicand targeted vulnerability.Prepare network development and target packages and assessments ofcurrent events based on the sophisticatedcollection,researchand analysis ofclassified/unclassified andopen-sourceinformation.Develop andmaintainanalytical procedures to meetchanging requirements and ensure maximum operations.Providetimelyandaccuratesupport to HUMINT targeting support to meet service-level needs andcollection requirements.Conduct multi-source intelligence research andcreatecables, HQ or field responses, networkdiagramsand asset validation products.Utilize experience with SIGINT tools, network development tools, andresearch to developtargeting plans and products supporting definedcollection priorities.Identifymeasures ofeffectiveness.Provide detailed input to asset validation panels todeterminecurrent and future viability of sources.Coordinate with otheroperations,support staff intra- and inter-community to align analyticrequirements with available targetingcapabilities.Maintain awareness ofcollection operations, policy developments, and information priorities relevant to functional area.Deconflictmulti-disciplinecollection problems and seek opportunities toleverageand integrateHUMINTcapabilities to support multi-disciplinecollection efforts.Represent HUMINT in agency,defenseand national forums.Produce and Brief products at meetings, workshops, or othercommunity venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices.Edit products, if requested, according to agency policy.Servs as the technicalteam Lead,representingthe team’s work to leadership andcustomers.Travelrequiredwithin the NationalCapital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis forcustomer orcorporate requirements.**** Please Note this is for a proposal effort ****
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications:Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.Bachelor’sDegreewith aMinimum of12years of applicable work experienceto includetargeting, all-sourceanalysisandHUMINT experience.Experience in tagging data and building networks.Leadership experiencewith a technical team.Experience developing and presenting technical briefs to leadership at levels up to and including Executive Levels.Strong analytical andcritical thinking skills to interpretcomplex data and draw meaningfulconclusions.Experiencewith intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.Ability toworkcollaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Capacity to adapt tochanging situationstoprioritize tasks effectively.Excellentcommunication(both written and verbalin English), analytical,and problem-solving skills.Ability toclearly andconcisely express multifacetedconcepts.Ability to develop ideas in a logicalsequenceleadingto validatedconclusions.Working knowledge and experience with the basicpersonalcomputer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Idealcandidate willpossessan active TS/SCI with polygraph.Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence,Criminal Justice, Political Science, LawEnforcementor other related topics is highly desired.Master’s degree in a relevant field.Experience working in thecustomer environment is preferred.SecurityClearance:This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain aPoly,USCitizenshipis requiredtohold thisclearance.
