- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) and 10 years of progressively responsible management experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in site lead, project management, and/or program management roles.
- Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and other cost-type contract vehicles is highly desired.
Industry Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in DoD contracting across technical, contractual, and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments, program structures, and government contracting frameworks.
Project Management Expertise:
- Knowledge of PMO processes, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proven track record of managing programs to meet or exceed customer requirements.
Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, including experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
Customer Focus:
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a clearance at the Secret level and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.
