Mission Integration and Operations Supervisor

We need you providing supervision to our highly professional team supporting the Integration and Operational needs of the organization at Cape Canaveral. As the supervisor of this exceptional team you will support the team by working with them to accomplish their goals, providing a supportive work environment where they can grow and achieve their career ambitions. Through your leadership the team can meet all the customers’ goals and go beyond their expectations.
Supervisor duties include managing the time keeping system for your assigned employees, approving expense reports, and tracking training and other corporate items as required. I will rely heavily on your expertise in evaluating candidates for positions when we have openings.
In addition to the supervisory responsibilities the position still functions as a Mission Lead providing mission integration and operations support for the customer.
The Launch Base Mission Integration Lead is the point of contact for the definition, coordination and integration of launch requirements. Areas of responsibilities include:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Operations Supervisor must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 15 years of related experience and 10 years of space launch experience
● Role requirements: 5 years of Government acquisition experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI with polygraph
● US citizenship required
