Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Convey written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; 2) Express thoughts persuasively and uses effective modes to reinforce message retention; 3) Demonstrate skill in using job relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet; 4) Perform work such as preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents; 5) Maintain office records; locate and compile data or information from files; compile information for reports; 6) Keep a calendar and inform others of deadlines and other important dates; and 7) Perform similar clerical support work within an organization. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
