Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:.1) Administering fundamental human resources management laws and agency policies to standardize personnel operations and maintain regulatory compliance; 2) Analyzing personnel pay and transaction discrepancies by conducting in-depth regulatory research to deliver advisory services and restore accurate, timely entitlements to affected personnel; 3) Implementing information security and records management protocols to properly archive, track, and safeguard controlled unclassified personnel records, in compliance with federal data privacy laws; and 4) Communicating orally and in writing to coordinate actions with subordinates, customer commands, providing support and training, and input for reports and metrics.
