Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) knowledge to ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to team members and integrated in their work plans. 2) Communicate to team members their assignments, problems that need to be solved, milestones and deadlines. Provides advice on methods, practices and procedures and assists team members in identifying the parameters of a viable solution. 3) Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities based on production requirements, and prepares schedules delineating work completion; assigns work to subordinates based on negotiated priorities and commensurate difficulty levels and employee's capabilities. 4) The incumbent arranges for delivery and distribution of data from other commands and prime contractor, locates sources for the information, identifies costs involved, and coordinates with requesting parties to obtain funding for the purchase, if desired by the requester.
