The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO WORK WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION such as: Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, electrical schematics, specifications, and technical manuals. Ability to utilize standard electronic test equipment like multimeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes to take basic measurements. Ability to apply knowledge of circuit elements, digital logic, microprocessors, and data transmission. Ability to understand a wide range of systems, including electromechanical servo systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, communications security (COMSEC), avionics, fire control, radar, and sonar systems. Ability to apply knowledge of Electrical/Electronics theory. Ability to demonstrate four years of electronics trade training or experience through completion of a four-year apprenticeship in the electronics trade OR four years of practical experience in the trade.
