Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 pay band or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and executing quality audits or surveillances of calibration or metrology operations; analyzing quality data and developing strategies to avert or mitigate product defects or unsatisfactory trends; and monitoring adherence to quality plans and requirements for test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment and systems. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project DHA for Domestic Def Industrial Base Facilities & Major Range/Test Facilities Base in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in competitive service. This position is part of the Navy Nuclear Deterrent Mission. May work odd shifts, overtime, recalled to work, or work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment and Relocation) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
