- ABET accredited degree
- Hands-on experience with GPS/INS integration, Kalman filtering, and navigation algorithm development (real-time and post‑mission)
- Strong technical writing, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills; experience supporting IPTs
- Experience with anti-jam techniques, jamming threat assessment, and NAVWAR-related testing
- Proficiency with Monte Carlo/covariance analysis, M&S of navigation systems, and TSPI instrumentation/systems
- Familiarity with AF SEAM-aligned risk management and programmatic documentation (ICD/CDD/CPD, AoA, CONOPS)
- Experience with SAASM/M‑Code receivers, IMU selection/characterization, and GPS modernization programs
- Knowledge of GNSS (GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou) exploitation considerations
- Background with RF simulators, range radar/laser tracking systems, and range infrastructure
- Exposure to aerial target guidance/control and data link engineering (including spectrum management)
Travel: Est 20% travel to government/contractor sites and test ranges
