The WECE HEE Taiwan team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen the quality of strategic components and the broader hardware supply chain, including mobile components used across Windows devices. In this role, you will influence next-generation system designs, guide ecosystem partners from component selection and integration through validation and scale, and drive quality, reliability, and readiness across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate across Microsoft engineering teams and a diverse partner network of OEMs, ODMs, silicon partners, component suppliers, IHVs, and industry stakeholders to align platform requirements with ecosystem and supply-chain execution. Through reference architecture guidance, tools, assessments, enablement documentation, data-driven insights, and hands-on engineering support, you will help partners deliver differentiated, high-quality Windows devices built on robust components and scalable designs.
