Responsibilities
Job Description:Peraton is seeking an experiencedQuality Assurance(QA)Specialistto join our national intelligence program that deliversinfrastructureengineering, deployment,infrastructureoperations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client’s globalEnterprise IT Infrastructuremissions.The focus ofthisQAroleis toensurethat products and services meet established quality standards through testing, inspections, process monitoring, and continuous improvementas well as ensuring the qualityand timelinessof Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliveries to the customer.Responsibilities:Support program managers and respective teams to implementprogramprocesses and best practices.Perform process and product evaluations/audits to ensure compliance withprogramestablishedpolicies, processes, procedures, and applicable standards.Evaluateand ensureproducts,service performance,and deliverables(CDRLs)in accordance withprocess documentation, project schedule, and quality standards.Performtechnical and administrativetasks related to the function of QA (auditing), including, but not limited to, scheduling, checklist development, report writing,facilitatingroot cause/lessons learned analysis, and internal/external presentations.Coordinate thedevelopment and collection methodologies to help collect metrics against strategic, operational, and tactical measures.Support customer establishment ofgoals and targets,monitoringperformance, and reporting against performance criteria.Supportand brief atprogrammanagementreviews.***** This position is contingent upon contract award****
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a Poly clearance.Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with aBachelor’sdegree (Master’sdegree and 6 years of relevant experience or PhD with 3 years relevant experienceora High School diploma and 12 years of relevant work experience in the IT field).Strongexperience in quality assurance or a similar role.Experiencewith QA tools, testing methods,continuous processimprovementandrelevant industryregulatory standards.Strong data collection, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to detect defects and ensure compliance with specifications.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing toprogram team,customersand senior leaders, to includeprovidingbriefingsand training asrequired.Preferred Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.Experiencebeingdirectly involved in implementing the following frameworks: ISO 20000 and 27001, ISO 9001:2008, CMMI-DEV/CMMI-SVC Level 3, and ITIL.SECURITY CLEARANCE:This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship isrequiredTo hold this clearance.
