WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Managing physical security programs by developing and implementing security procedures, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal security requirements. Conducting vulnerability and risk assessments of facilities to identify security gaps and recommend protective measures for personnel, facilities, and assets. Evaluating and implementing physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and vehicle and pedestrian screening technologies. Conducting security oversight and contract management, preparing purchase request (PRs) Statement of works (SOW) and acquisition plans and serving as a liaison with federal, state, local, and private-sector partners.
