As an Integration & Assembly Manufacturing Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for planning, preparing for, and executing air‑vehicle builds, as well as related testing and ground-support operations
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and refine hardware integration, assembly, manufacturing processes and build sequences.
Collaborate with design engineering teams and other disciplines to provide feedback on designs and specifications, ensuring manufacturability and optimal use of available equipment and methods.
Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, tooling, process capability, and production inefficiencies through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Evaluate equipment and tool performance to verify efficiency, reliability, and alignment with production requirements.
Respond to production issues and facilitate removal of build constraints with extreme ownership.
Operate within a model-based engineering environment using platforms such as 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE) and iBASEt Solumina to develop digital work instructions and manage process documentation.
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve build time, cost, quality, and safety across manufacturing operations.
Provide periodic off-shift support as needed to sustain production and ensure continuity of operations.
Travel periodically to other sites or vendors for technical support and integration activities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical background and a high degree of confidence in addressing complex, unfamiliar challenges, especially in hands-on hardware environments. They will be a self-motivated problem-solver, capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team settings and supplier-facing situations.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00
