An Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelors degree in IT Architecture, or similar or 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Engineering and Operations involving complex classified DoD environments and mandatory security controls (e.g., STIGs) including 5 years in analysis, design and delivery of complex IT infrastructures.
DoD 8570 IAT-III compliant (CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH).
Advanced knowledge in delivery and support to classified VDI/virtual environment platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Azure Cloud/Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV) including thin-clients and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
Advanced knowledge in IT security mechanics (e.g., Zero-trust, authentication protocols: MFA/hardware tokens, AD/ADFS, certificates and encryption, auditing, and logging).
Extended knowledge of modern operating systems (e.g., MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and associated secure-access configurations.
Prior experience with NSA CSfC requirements including Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package (MSCCP) and Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP).
Prior experience with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and/or DISA Trusted Network Environment (TNE).
Experience in ITIL framework and best practices (e.g., Change Management, Configuration Management, Capacity Planning).

Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in IT solutions implementation, administration, troubleshooting and support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ITIL framework and best practices (e.g., Change Management, Configuration Management, Capacity Planning).
Additional IT certifications in relevant technology platform (e.g., Cisco, Citrix, Dell, HPE/Aruba, ITIL, Juniper, Microsoft, Nutanix, Palo Alto, VMware).
Advanced understanding and delivery on storage components (e.g., NAS/SAN storage), data availability (e.g., high availability/clustering, MS DFS-R) and archiving.
Familiarity with installation and support to Microsoft back-end services in a distributed data center environment (e.g., SQL Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint).
Extended knowledge of networking (switching and routing protocols, installation, and configuration).
Prior experience using Cisco, Brocade, HPE/Aruba and Palo Alto network solutions.
Well-versed in Department of Defense (DoD) protocols, procedures, and regulations.
Familiarity with C2 applications and program support.
Prior Help Desk/software experience (e.g., Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow).
