The Manufacturing Support Team member for the Machining Operations Center (MOC) ensures all inspection activities are executed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. This role leads coordinate measuring machine (CMM) planning, oversees tooling management, and coordinates closely with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional manufacturing activities, facilitating self‑directed work teams, and driving continuous process improvement.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate planning for CMM inspection machines.
- Implement total quality management initiatives.
- Tooling management to support inspection processes.
- Manage material flow and support equipment engineering.
- Lead process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.

Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft office suite experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
