Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist (Operations, Senior Analyst) to support our federal government client located in the Lexington Park, MD area.
The Telecommunications Specialist supports core operational, technical, and program‑level activities across shipboard modernization, integration, and telecommunications engineering efforts. This role provides senior‑level operational oversight, coordination, and analytical support to ensure installation readiness, configuration compliance, schedule alignment, and quality assurance across multiple ship classes and technical platforms. The Telecommunications Specialist serves as a technical and operational subject‑matter contributor to government program offices, ensuring that installations, alterations, and modernization efforts meet all NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and platform‑specific standards.
The position is part-time (less than 20 hours per week) and currently requires a remote schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Clearance

For this position, the projected compensation range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
