Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Staff Project Management professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. This position will be located in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego), CA. There is potential for remote / hybrid / telework available for this position but not guaranteed. Travel up to 10% may be required.
As the selected candidate you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects. This position will require the performance of advanced project management tasks from inception to close-out, and continuous management of the system for operational efficiency. Additionally, leading continuous improvement initiatives, the selected candidate will enhance process performance and standardization while driving cost control and resource management. The ability to translate complex business questions into actionable data insights and visualizations will support pivotal decision-making. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products through our advanced flight test facilities. The candidate should be a self-starter with familiarity working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) construct.

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $219,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
