You will be the Financial Management Asc Mgr for the Non‑Kinetic Air Defense (NKAD) Program - Integrated Air & Missile Defense Advanced Programs (IAMD‑AP) team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance for a strategically important defense portfolio.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Team leadership experience and/or leadership training (e.g. leadership development programs)
Familiarity with CSR & LRP planning and/or management
Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, and presentation skills
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, & problem solver
Microsoft office suite skills
Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms
Program Area Orders / Sales / Profit / Cash management
Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting)
Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
Management of defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.
SAP experience, COBRA experience, Oracle experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
